Currently hiring a trained chef with experience in various types of western and eastern cuisine.

 

Occupation: Chef (ANZSCO 351311)

 

Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role

 

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

· preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies

· planning menus and estimating food and labour costs

· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation

· discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff

· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations

Pay: $76,515.00 – $85,750.95 per year
